Popcorn Fridays

Popcorn Fridays have been a huge hit at Iola this spring! The great response has allowed us the opportunity to purchase a new machine and it is AWESOME!!!

This was our trip to Sams to purchase the machine and some more supplies! The lovely Ms. Velma went with me!

• $0.50 per bag
• Orders must be turned in on Thursdays
• $ and orders go to your homeroom teacher

100th Day of School

Yesterday was the 100th day of school!!!

We celebrated in PE by doing 100 exercises!

3rd vs 4th Grade Basketball Game

It has been a while since I've updated here because things have been very busy at Iola! After returning from the Holiday break we started a basketball unit and really focused on dribbling, passing, and shooting. The 3rd and 4th grade students had an opportunity to put those skills to use on Thursday afternoon during our basketball game.

3rd grade lead the game 14-2 for most of the game, but near the end 4th grade came back and won 20-18. 3rd grade is calling for a re-match :) We will see about getting that planned!
